Our Approach
"OZ.company" serves the mission of Immutable Impact our OZ Fund. Our General Partners provide access to capital and active management for the companies we recruit to the Kingston OZ. As Impact Investors we expect to support a business that shares our values. "OZ.company" sources talented teams with visionary goals who are not only committed to improving Kingston; but society as a whole.
Our first project, AQR.Life is bringing transparency to the Wellness marketplace. Then 4Bear.io's NonProfit credit counselors will arrive with their "Bridge to Homeownership" stabilizing finances for a first time buyer or defaulted owner.
Why Kingston?
We are starting with Kingston to leverage the New York - New England Dairy Consortium processing plant being developed at the former I87 IBM facility. With hundreds of new manufacturing jobs coming to the nearby plant our mission is to attract as much supportive "white collar" talent as possible to the opportunity zone.
The current Kingston community is already home to many agency executives and other creative talent. We are recruiting Marketing, Distribution, Technology, Accounting, Banking and other supporting services to come build their new OZ Companies with us.
